Marketing Associate (Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous alignment of all event aspects with the overarching marketing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the events team and vendors to optimize logistics during ingress and egress.
• Implement comprehensive safety measures and protocols to ensure a seamless flow of attendees.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team in crafting pre-production and post-mortem event decks for comprehensive planning.
• Take a hands-on role in executing events and campaigns, ensuring flawless operations.
• Oversee on-site logistics and coordination to guarantee the successful implementation of planned activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers and event partners to enhance the event experience.
• Manage the end-to-end permit processing for events, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to permits, approvals, and event-related activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in real estate, retail or related industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
