Overview:
The Marketing & Events Associate plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and events (execute distillery tours, bar takeovers, collaborations and similar events) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to ensure successful marketing campaigns and event logistics.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in marketing, event management, or related roles.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Analytical skills for data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Creativity in developing and executing marketing and event campaigns.

- Understanding of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with SEO and SEM campaigns to optimize digital visibility. (not required)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer service etiquette.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and content marketing.
- Experience managing AV equipment and technical support for event productions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
