Job Description

Marketing Support

Act as the primary point of contact for clients/franchisees, offering guidance and support on marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients/franchisees to understand their individual needs and challenges.

To generate new clients/franchisees and present company profile, services and reply to client queries.

To deliver good customer service to new and existing clients/franchisees.

To prepare and send proposals to clients/franchisees.

To achieve monthly sales goals.

To prepare and submit regular marketing and sales reports.

Be willing to go out on field or perform legwork to ensure fulfillment of transactions and/or delivery of documents and other relevant items

B. Marketing Strategy Development

Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing plans that align with marketing objectives and corporate strategies.

Assisting adapting national marketing strategies for local implementation by marketing.

To manage - post daily, and answer client queries on the official Facebook page

C. Marketing Materials And Tools

Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and effectively communicate the franchise's value proposition.

Provide training and resources to clients/franchisees on utilizing marketing tools, digital platforms, and advertising resources effectively.

D. Communication And Training

Conduct regular meetings, webinars, or training sessions to educate clients/franchisees on marketing best practices, new strategies, and tools.

Facilitate communication between corporate marketing teams and franchisees to ensure alignment and information dissemination.

To attend HO training regularly.

To communicate, collaborate and coordinate with consulting branch and consulting HO colleagues and management.

E. Ad hoc tasks from immediate superior.

Perform any and all other tasks that may, from time to time, be determined and assigned by management.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role (internships included).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).

Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, content creation, and branding strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative thinking with attention to detail. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Highly motivated and self-driven. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
