JOB DESCRIPTION: The
Marketing Associate assists/helps Sales Officers to fulfill their day-to-day responsibilities. Supports the day-to-day sales operation from setting up appointments with clients, building client database for the teams reference, collection and follow-up required documents from clients and coordinating with various stakeholders in the bank in processing loan documents.
Responsibilities
- Setting of appointments via phone call
- Help build client database by encoding appropriate information in databases
- Collection / follows up required docs from clients
- Photocopying of necessary documents
- Forwarding of documents to Credit and other Product Partners.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in different banking products and services
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Good grasp of bank's credit policies and documentation
- Good understanding of banking operations and with extensive credit skills
- Highly driven and motivated
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Marketing and any Business Courses.
- Willing to be assigned in Caloocan (South)
