The Marketing Assistant (Temporary) will support SM Malls Online Admin and Tenant Ad Fund Management / Partnership.
SM Malls Online Admin
- Develops and maintains monthly tenant listings for featured promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Prepares budget proposals and facilitates the approval process for agency costings.
- Coordinates with external suppliers and monitors payment schedules to ensure timely processing.
- Creates Purchase Requisition to support Purchase Order preparation and documentation.
- Manages the application and processing of DTI Permits for promotional activities.
- Conducts audits of GR and oversees delivery of marketing collaterals to designated malls.
- Coordinates with various SM departments to fulfill requests and requirements related to SM Malls Online.
- Tenant partnership support for collateral creation process.
- Monitors promo giveaway prizes
Tenant Ad Fund Management
- Requests and monitors Ad Fund collections per mall and coordinates quarterly reporting with Accounting.
- Reviews budget proposals and agency costings to ensure alignment with approved projected budget.
- Provides monthly tenant charging.
- Manages overall tenant Ad Fund, including actualizing of monthly expenses via SAP
Tenant Partnership
- Engages and taps tenants for participation in exclusive SM Deals promotions.
- Screens submitted deals to ensure accuracy of artwork, copy, and promotional details prior to release.
- Collaborates with Topserve Agents and assists in responding to queries related to deal sourcing.
- Audits mall deal uploads for each marketing campaign to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners to support the growth and progress of SM Deals.
- Ensures timely upload of all tenant deals.
- Prepares and submits post-campaign reports to tenants for transparency and performance tracking.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Detail oriented, good oral and written communication skills
Work Location
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - PHQ North Wing, MOA Square, Pasay City.
- Role is for project based contract of 6 months.
