Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with multi-channel retail (online + physical) is highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Monitor and analyze webstore sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Develop strategies to improve revenue, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Evaluate SKU productivity, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness to drive growth.
Vending Machine Performance Management
- Monitor sales, inventory movement, and stock turnover of vending machines.
- Coordinate replenishment schedules and ensure consistent product availability.
- Analyze location-based performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Track machine uptime and collaborate with operations/technical teams as needed.
Marketing & Promotions Management
- Plan and oversee online campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Ensure accurate implementation of promotional mechanics and maintain product visibility.
- Track campaign performance and provide analysis of ROI.
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure product uploads, inventory alignment, and category management are accurate.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Field Operations.
- Identify process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare consolidated performance reports for both webstore and vending operations.
- Conduct forecasting and inventory planning analysis to optimize product availability.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to management for decision-making.
