100% Remote Position. Power Property management is located in Los Angeles focusing on property management for Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We manage over 3,000 units 3rd party in the LA Metro area for property owners. Our properties range from 1 unit up to as large as 200 units.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer to create social media graphics, marketing materials, and branding assets for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create social posts for Linkedin, Meta, and other social media.
• Create company materials such as signs, banners, flags, business cards.
• Design and create figma website landing pages.
• Create Lead magnet landing page designs
• Manage 2 company Meta accounts.
• Create company presentations such as powerpoints.

Qualification and Experience:

• 3 Years+ Canva Experience Required
• 2 Years+ Photoshop Experience Required
• 1 Years+ Figma Experience Preferred
• 2 Years+ Cap Cut Preferred
• Other marketing skills are preferred
• Other video editing experience is a plus but not required.
