Job Description
PROJECT MARKETING ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
- To oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the overall quality and condition of the company's project sites including the Show Villages and Sales Pavilion.
- To ensure availability and quality or marketing collateral in all project sites Show Villages.
- To act as a point person between Marketing and Sales for their collateral requests.
- To prepare funds disbursement in each site, monitor and ensure that site expenses are within the approved budget.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management/Communications or any equivalent course
- At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing and Events function
- Knowledge in Inventory Management
- Good management and communication skills
- Keen to details
- Willing to travel from 1 site to another
- Willing to report in Makati City (Head Office).
