Marketing Assistant for Philippine College of Technology

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Davao. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, conducting market research, assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves assisting the sales team in reaching targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support campaign execution and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Support for Marketing Lead:
  • Operational Assistance: Assist the Marketing Lead in organizing and overseeing the entire SMT operation.
  • Material Creation: Help create necessary marketing materials, such as flyers and official letters to different schools or partners.
  • Club Management Support: Provide continuous support in managing the club roster, attendance, and administrative needs.
  • External Coordination: Serve as a direct liaison with the out-of-office visual graphics team to ensure smooth communication and delivery of assets.
