Job Description

The Marketing Assistant supports social media and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, engage online communities, and drive traffic and sales. The role involves creating and managing content, executing marketing campaigns, and assisting in both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has experience in social media management and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and publish social media content across platforms
  • Execute social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility
  • Manage company social media pages and online community engagement
  • Monitor and report social media performance and insights
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Conduct basic market research and support content development
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience in social media management and/or marketing is an advantage
  • Atleast 1-2 years working experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva or similar) is a plus
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
