As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing plans and campaigns. You will support the team by coordinating marketing projects, managing essential administrative tasks, maintaining key marketing materials, and tracking performance metrics that guide strategic decision-making.

Drive Marketing Excellence Through Seamless Coordination

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media, and more).
  • Coordinate campaign activities, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and resources are efficiently managed.
  • Track project progress and provide timely updates to the Marketing team.

Be the Backbone of Marketing Operations

  • Manage the overall marketing calendar, schedules, and major events
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, databases, and digital assets
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
  • Handle requests for marketing materials and promotional items
  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets and ensuring costs stay within approved limits

Support Key Marketing Functions to Drive Growth

  • Assist in the production and distribution of MD promotional materials (leave-behinds).
  • Coordinate packing and distribution of samples.
  • Handle hotel and flight arrangements for MDs during local events.
  • Manage the end-to nd ASP marketing process: from PR to PO, billing, and actualization.

Ensure Alignment, Accuracy & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, marketing budgets, and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, costs, and outcomes.

Work With the Best Partners in the Industry

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for printing, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Support relationship management with external partners to ensure smooth program execution.

Bring Events to Life With Flawless Execution

  • Assist in organizing marketing events
  • Manage invitations, registrations, logistics, and attendee follow-ups.
  • Ensure availability and proper distribution of promotional materials for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or support role.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, or content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage multiple deadlines.
