About The Role
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Love, Bonito's global campaigns, from brand-led to tactical-led campaigns. With a deep understanding of the brand, our customers, and business goals, you will lead the development of a clear and strong campaign storytelling strategy, anchored on our assortment and brand key moments, to ensure overall business goals are attained. Working as a Campaigns PMO, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and strategic external partners to identify the right amplification touch points and ensure timely, coherent, and effective execution of 360 integrated campaigns. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will analyse, report, and optimise brand marketing performance to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Timely Execution
- Develop monthly Global campaigns, ensuring clear and coherent storytelling consistent with Love, Bonito branding and aligned with required business outcomes
- Develop and execute key Global campaign levers including GWPs, Influencer content, and other tactical content
Project Management
- Serve as Campaigns PMO, liaising & collaborating with marketing channel leads and x-functional teams to plan and execute key marketing campaigns & tacticals
- Oversee 360 integration of marketing pillars, ensuring various channels are communicating the same story or messaging
- Lead the development of monthly Global campaigns, ensuring clear and coherent storytelling consistent with LB branding and aligned with required business outcomes
- Lead the development and timely execution of Global GWPs
- Lead in managing Global partnerships and collaborations with external partners
- Manage and build long-term relationships with key global influencers
- Manage brand marketing budget efficiently
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop a lean and mean global campaigns & influencer marketing team
- Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify campaigns
- Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global campaign initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Critical success factors & key challenges:
- Brand Marketing channel performance: Traffic, NSBR, CR%, NC%
- Management of Brand Marketing Budget
- Team retention
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Familiarity with trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
- A Love, Bonito ambassador who believes in and embodies our culture and core values
- Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
