Organizes holding of the Monthly Pipeline Review, coordinates the availability of the monthly pipeline reports of the sales team members for presentation, and keeps records of pipeline report notes and to-dos for each Management Pipeline Review (MPR) attendee
Prepares and maintains the following reports:
Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) statistics (number of client calls and number of days submitted)
To-do-list for people assigned or concerned as discussed in the MPR
Does analysis and makes recommendations based on the data analyzed to improve the process or provide an input to the performance evaluation of the concerned employees
Keeps track of leads given to sales, their status, and their contact details
Recommends marketing campaigns in close coordination with the general manager and the sales team by formulating marketing letters, maintaining a validated suspect list, uses social media to reach out to prospects, and monitors the effectivity of the campaign
Makes presentation on new trends in digital marketing and sales strategies based on his or her attended webinars, researches, etc.
Rolls our periodic survey to customers on our sales and systems support teams to determine the service quality and effectiveness
Partner Relations
Communicates with the principals on product updates, pricing, needed support, meetings, and principal-sponsored events as directed by the general manager
Communicates with the information technology partners of the company for product updates, pricing, and support accurately and in a timely manner
Branding and Marketing
Handles implementation of marketing activities approved and directed by the management, monitors marketing activities, gather pertinent statistics to measures effectivity, and regularly updates the management on status and results of every marketing activity
Responsible for the update and maintenance of the company's website to ensure it has current and relevant content, attract new customers, and increase present customers awareness of the companys product and service offerings
Writes and locates contents for our website and monitors visits to our website and in-bound queries
Keeps abreast of local news which will impact our major customers and targeted industries and apprise the general manager and sales team on this
Events Management
Initiates and manages staging of events as directed by the general manager, sales team, and principals in support of the companys sales strategies and targets, obtains invitation list from the sales team and the general manager, and handles communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal acceptance and attendance
Prepares and oversees the annual budget for the companys events, brochures, and other marketing tools or materials and ensures that expenses are within each event's budget to manage costs
Takes charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as planning session, solutions update, and as needed or assigned invites clients and speakers
Accreditation
Responsible for preparing or collating accreditation documents required by the clients in coordination with the concerned parties in the organization
Maintains records of and monitors expiry periods of accreditation requirements of our regular customers and coordinates with the concerned account executive to initiate renewal of activities
Deals with clients as necessary to complete documents for vendor accreditation
Others
Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent
At least two to three years of working experience as a sales support or marketing preferably in an information technology sales organization
Proficient in the use of Excel
Particular in keeping deadlines and persistent in doing follow-ups
Able to write articles and press releases
Experience in use of digital media, website, and Linkedin
