Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's headhunting and recruitment services through all appropriate and ethical
marketing channels
- Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads to expand the company's client base
- Reach out to prospective clients, present company services, and position the firm as a trusted recruitment
partner
- Conduct client presentations, handle negotiations, and perform consistent follow-ups until leads are
successfully converted into clients
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication and collaboration
- Act as the bridge between clients and the recruitment team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of
services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development is preferred
- Fresh graduates may apply, provided they demonstrate strong interest in marketing and confidence in
engaging with individuals at various organizational levels
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
