Job Description

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5PM (Sydney AU Time)

Salary Range: Php 65,000+ monthly, highly dependent on candidate expertise

About The Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Content Specialist with a versatile skill set encompassing marketing strategy, SEO expertise, design understanding, and proficient content creation.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our financial services platform by optimizing content for Google, managing WordPress-based content, and enhancing user experience. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content tailored to financial services, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research to inform content strategy, applying SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic performance.
  • Content Management (WordPress): Manage, publish, and update website content using WordPress, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and optimal user experience across pages.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other assets to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Marketing Planning & Campaign Support: Prepare well-researched content plans and campaign ideas, supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business growth.
  • UX Optimization & Website Improvements: Analyze web analytics and user feedback to identify UX improvements, and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements that improve user journeys and conversion.
  • Creative Strategy & Innovation: Think creatively to generate new marketing ideas and opportunities, and present innovative strategies to expand brand reach and audience engagement.
  • Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant events, identifying opportunities for partnerships, participation, and offline marketing initiatives.

Competencies And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, SEO, and content writing and content creation
  • Proficient in utilizing Canva to design professional brochures and digital marketing graphics.
  • Proficient in WordPress content management.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering confident presentations to various groups and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and the ability to interpret user behaviour.
  • Exceptional command of English with a focus on producing high-quality, original content that reflects a unique and genuine brand voice over AI-generated text.
  • Active in providing suggestions and bringing fresh, proactive ideas to the team.
  • Ability to liaise with external agencies and manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Dynamic and adaptable mindset.
  • Able to work comfortably and independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and maintain a quick, responsive, and agile workflow.
