Job Description
As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will join REURASIAs Business Development department at our headquarters in Rockwell, Makati. You will work directly with top management to develop and implement a new marketing and communication strategy that supports the companys growth, visibility, and strategic positioning.
Key Objectives
Gain a deep understanding of the companys projects, competitive environment and strategic objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify and map strategic opportunities in the ASEAN renewable energy market.
Assess existing marketing plan and communication tools.
Conceive and implement a data-driven marketing & communication strategy aligned with our business goals.
Strategic positioning (Blue Ocean, BMC, Golden Circle, etc..)
Target / Segmentation using ABM
Channel strategy
Create / Update branded materials (templates, brochures, presentations, social media assets) with Canva/Adobe Suite.
Build and manage a content calendar tied to project pipeline and sales priorities.
Produce and publish content (LinkedIn posts, articles, client case studies, newsletters).
Track KPI/OKRs.
Build reporting dashboards for Management to monitor lead generation, traffic and branding awareness..
Deliver a final presentation including performance analysis, insights, and recommendations for future action.
Outcome
A fully implemented B2B marketing campaign targeting ASEAN renewable energy players.
Updated brand positioning and communication plan, validated by client feedback.
Tangible increase in Reurasias visibility (KPIs: leads, website traffic, LinkedIn engagement, event presence).
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Masters degree or additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Sustainability is a plus.
24 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or business development (B2B focus preferred).
Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or sustainability sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Proficiency in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Strong writing, editing, and design skills for web, social media, press releases, and corporate materials.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email campaigns, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Brand Management: Ability to develop corporate branding, positioning, and messaging.
Event & PR Management: Experience in organizing corporate events, trade fairs, or stakeholder engagements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and analytics to qualify leads and measure campaign success.
Graphic & Visual Design: Skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools for visuals and communication materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
