Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably a graduate of Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing,
or other related business courses.
• Strong background in budget management, financial analysis, planning, and commercial evaluation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sponsorship evaluation, contract review, budget monitoring, and project
coordination is an advantage.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
The Brand & Promotions (B&P) Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, evaluation,
implementation, and monitoring of branding, sponsorship, promotional, and corporate engagement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure that promotional investments are aligned with business objectives, budgets are optimized, and partnerships deliver measurable value.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of branding, sponsorship,
promotional, and Corporate Giveaways initiatives.
• Ensure optimal budget utilization by tracking expenditures, monitoring allocations, and supporting annual planning and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate closely with B&P subgroups and Marketing Services counterparts to maintain accurate budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Assess the impact of budget changes and support adjustments to program plans and resource allocations.
• Evaluate sponsorship, partnership, and promotional opportunities to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize value for the company.
• Review contracts and assist in negotiating commercial terms with external partners, suppliers, and agencies.
• Serve as a resource person on compliance requirements, approval thresholds, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct research, program assessments, and post-implementation evaluations to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze data from various systems and tools to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure the efficient execution of projects and programs.
• Support the development and implementation of Corporate Giveaways initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote cost efficiency, operational excellence, and effective management of outsourced services and vendor partnerships.
