Marketing Analyst - Hospitality

• Prepare and validate campaign datasets, including target lists and response tracking files
• Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue impact, and ROI
• Develop and maintain regular marketing performance reports and dashboards
• Assist in customer segmentation and targeting strategies for marketing campaigns
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights on customer response behaviour
• Support post-campaign reviews by conducting impact analysis and documenting insights
• Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and investigate campaign-related performance anomalies
• Build and refine reporting templates and processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Continuously enhance understanding of campaign economics and contribute to team knowledge sharing
