Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative management, coordination, and support for the VP Marketing & Brand Marketing team.
  • This role ensures that the essential clerical, organizational, administrative, and supportive requirements of both the VP Marketing & Brand Marketing team including projects and initiatives across Casino, Hotels, Mall, and F&B are properly documented, tracked, and coordinated across relevant departments such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security, Operation, and others. The position is responsible for the schedules of the VP Marketing,, payments, office supplies replenishment, and other executive support requirements to ensure seamless operations daily.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking appointments, arranging meetings/events, and organizing travel for the VP Marketing and support for Marketing Operations.
  • Communication: Answering calls, handling emails/mail, greeting visitors, and drafting memos/reports from time to time.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining filing systems (digital & physical), databases, and tracking office inventory/supplies.
  • Document Preparation: Typing, editing, and formatting letters, reports, invoices, and presentations.
  • Office Operations: Managing supplies, basic bookkeeping/expense reports, ensuring equipment functions, and coordination and follow thru with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Assisting staff with daily tasks, research, and facilitating communication.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, administrative or coordination roles.
  • Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, mall operations, or entertainment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows across creatives, digital, communications, and events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent coordination, follow-through, and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Strong problem-solving and scenario-planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Apps
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
