Your Role
As a
Market Support Specialist, you will:
- Facilitate and coordinate the workflows of multiple project teams to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve operational barriers, escalating complex issues to Project Managers when necessary.
- Create and track critical project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and submittals.
- Maintain and update the company database (Oracle/Norad) to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Conduct daily assessments of job status to identify specific needs for project close-out.
- Compile and complete comprehensive project close-out manuals for final delivery to the client.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Telecom project support or construction coordination.
- Proven background in purchasing, including the management of POs and vendor contracts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and report generation.
- Demonstrated ability to organize resources and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving project bottlenecks.
- Experience in Project Close-out procedures within a technical or construction framework.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Direct experience with Norad and Oracle database systems (highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and construction field operations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards within a multi-site environment.
- Experience working in collaborative team environments across different organizational levels.
- Ability to interpret technical submittals and project manuals for accuracy.
