Role Description
- The role will manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple and simultaneous research projects, which include planning, executing and successful delivery to clients.
- The scope of work also extends to testing survey links, coordinating fieldwork, resolving technical issues, checking for data quality, and supporting sample/fieldwork analysis and reporting.
- Additionally, the position plays an active role in supporting the company's sales agenda by conducting solutions-based training sessions and client walk-throughs, bridging the gap between maintaining operational excellence whilst demonstrating commercial value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research or related field
- Superior project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong internal and external client communication
- Can execute a plan, keep to agreed timelines, and improvise if needed
- Proficiency in sample selection methodologies and data processing
- Strong sense of ownership of project results
- Knowledge of CAWI/Online, CATI, and survey methodologies
- Knowledge of questionnaire design/development is a major plus
