Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or any
related field
- 5 years of experience in Market Research
- Experience from a research company is a plus
- Proven Market Research Analysis with experience on Statistical Data Analysis and
interview techniques
- Adequate knowledge of Data Collection Methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication and presentation

Role Purpose/Job Summary
- Collect data on customers, competitors, industry, market location and situation,
consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Identify Market and Sales trends, provide analysis and make recommendations for
improvement of products and services.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers
preferences.
- Research and compile data related to current product market, customer demographics
and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyzes results to identify ways
of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and
opinion polls.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
- Identify potential new products or markets through research.
- Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market
trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
- Summarize and analyze data; make recommendations related to research findings.
- Report findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining
complex findings.
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data are accurate and
complete.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best
practices.
