Your Role

  • Pipeline Development: Generate and qualify new sales opportunities, passing them to Sales Representatives for closing.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute personalized outreach strategies, including email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints, to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries.
  • Market Intelligence: Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches.
  • Campaign Management: Track all activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of SEBPO's services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What You Need

  • Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company is required.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent listening ability.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud required; experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) strongly preferred.
  • Prior sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling experience is a plus.
