Description

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
  • Monitor and improve quality control processes for all products.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with supply chain for materials.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting safety practices.
  • Analyze production data to identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
  • Experience Level: 35 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or operations management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong operational management and inventory control skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to enforce safety standards and quality assurance
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills
