Job Description

The TPM Officer design systems that drive manufacturing performance to ensure product availability, achieve cost efficiency, conform with standards, and deliver high product quality; and maximize manufacturing productivity, reduce wastefulness and resolve production issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate a production schedule upon received Purchase Order from the customers
  • Monitors the daily production to ensure the production targets are achieved cost effectively
  • Ensures daily updates of production planners to see and compare the actual work progress if it is followed according to the established production schedule
  • Ensure that raw materials and packaging materials are available, and it releases on the production in a timely manner in order to achieve On-Time Delivery.
  • Responsible for creating delivery plan upon received Delivery requirements from the customers. It determines the date, time, total number of quality products per delivery with approved by the Accounting Manager.
  • Assigns and schedules Driver in delivering Quality products in the designated places
  • Ensures communication and keeping good relationship with the customers by daily updating about the work progress and providing them an assurance in return of their trust in the company, that will provide to them a 100%
  • Quality Products and complete On-time Delivery
  • Developed and implementing procedures and policies inside the warehouse to keep it in a clean, safe and orderly arrangement
  • Coordinates with the subcontractors
  • Responsible for monitoring and encoding data to the software.
  • Receives incoming materials and issues outgoing materials.
  • Assist machine operators/support personnel in encoding their production output to the software.
  • Takes actual count, update stock card daily to check and balance the actual inventory on hand of raw materials
  • Monitor all requested materials from production.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Preferably with project management experience.
  • Knowledgeable in quality management systems, GMP, GWP & safety.
  • Industrial Engineering graduate (or graduate of any engineering discipline with minimum 7 years of IE related work experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Preferably trained in systems audit and HACCP.
  • Manufacturing system study; time and motion study
  • Production planning and control; inventory management
  • Critical thinking and problem solving; high attention to details
  • Documentation and organizational skills
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Skilled in MS office, MRP/ERP
