This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Product Engineer located in Manila. The Manufacturing Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing products and processing workflows within a manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include leading product engineering initiatives, collaborating with the Research and Development (R&D) team, supporting product and manufacturing development, and implementing continuous improvements in production processes. The role also involves troubleshooting and addressing technical challenges to ensure high-quality standards and efficiency are maintained.

• Knowledge and experience in Product Engineering, Product Development, and related methodologies
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering, including production processes and quality assurance systems
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including idea generation, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate and work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
