We are looking for a highly driven Manufacturing Manager who will lead the daytoday plant operations. This role ensures that production processes consistently meet targets for volume, quality, safety, cost, and delivery, while upholding worldclass manufacturing standards.
You will play a key leadership role in production efficiency, food safety compliance, equipment optimization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Executes production schedules and ensures smooth operations within the assigned production cluster.
- Monitors product quality, material usage, yields, and manhour efficiency to meet production and financial targets.
- Ensures full product and material traceability across all production activities.
- Enforces IMS, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensures complete, accurate, and compliant production documentation and reports.
- Leads process improvement initiatives, including equipment upkeep, installations, and new product introduction projects.
- Drives costreduction and productquality improvement efforts across the production area.
- Oversees performance management, training, and competency development of direct reports.
- Ensures strict compliance with company policies, food safety, quality schemes, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinates with crossfunctional teams to support operational efficiency and overall commissary performance.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Preferably with exposure to Food Science, Technology, or Operations Management
- Must have at least five (5) years of direct plant operations management in a food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical plant.
- Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Possess knowledge in various areas such as production and supply chain management, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, production control, finance, and the handling of materials and supplies.
- Possess strong leadership and peoplemanagement capability with high integrity, adaptability, and resilience.
- Must be residing or have relatives in Danao, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
