What You'll Do
- Lead plant trials and validation activities to drive product improvements, process optimization, and scale-up/down initiatives.
- Develop and implement protocols, manufacturing procedures, and technical reports for trials and validation.
- Evaluate and execute technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth commercialization.
- Review product and process documents to support validation and production readiness.
- Provide technical support to Production, Marketing, and Quality teams to resolve product and process issues.
- Oversee trial batches using alternative raw materials and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Support equipment qualification and validation of critical manufacturing processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering or Food Science degrees with relevant experience are welcome.
- At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, validation, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
- Background in Home Care, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, or Food manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in developing and documenting processes and procedures.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
