What You'll Do
- Develop and execute protocols, manufacturing procedures, and reports for plant trials, validation, and process improvements (scale-up/scale-down).
- Lead plant trial and validation activities for new and existing products, including equipment and process enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement technology transfer from R&D to commercialization, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Review technical documents and support product transfer, including reformulation, raw material substitution, and GPI projects.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues raised by Production, Marketing, and Quality Assurance.
- Oversee validation activities including equipment qualification, cleaning validation, and use of alternative raw materials.
- Drive special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional project management.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Chemical or Industrial Engineering Degree, fresh graduates will be considered.
- A non-Engineering degree graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Process
- Engineering/Production/Manufacturing/Quality Assurance may also be considered.
- Experience in defining and drafting processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Google applications for communication and productivity
- Strong analytical and reconciliation & Good communication and negotiation skill
- Willing to travel to Third Party Manufacturing locations
