Manga Project Coordinator/QA to oversee our creative team and ensure top-quality manga content delivery. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and have graphic design skills, this role could be a perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of manga projects. Coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and track project progress to meet deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manga content meets the highest standards of quality, aligning with client requirements and expectations. Perform QA checks throughout the production process.
- Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and clients. Communicate updates, gather feedback, and ensure projects are aligned with client needs.
- File Preparation & Submission: Assist in preparing files for delivery and submission, ensuring that all deliverables meet required specifications and are submitted on time.
- Graphic Design Skills: Must pass the graphic design test to ensure a strong understanding of design principles, tools, and workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or quality assurance in a creative or design-driven environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and ensure quality across all aspects of the project.
- Experience working with file formats and submission guidelines (for example, .psd, .ai, .jpg, etc.).
Nice To Have
- Passion or experience in manga, comics, or graphic novels.
- Familiarity with digital art tools like InDesign, Illustrator, or Clip Studio Paint.
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
