- Executive Schedule & Time Management
Manage the executive's schedule, travel arrangements, and overall time planning
Arrange internal and external meetings
Control meeting duration to ensure efficiency
Prepare meeting materials in advance
Take and organize meeting minutes
Remind the executive of key deadlines and important milestones
- Document & Information Management
Organize and prepare reporting materials
Condense and summarize presentations (e,g., reduce 10 slides into 2 concise slides)
Collect weekly reports from all departments
Compile and summarize them into brief daily reports for the Chairman
- External Communication & Coordination
Arrange client visits and business meetings
Coordinate with partners and external stakeholders
Convey The Chairman's Instructions Accurately
Follow up on implementation progress and ensure task completion
- Basic Administrative Support
Arrange business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Organize and process expense reimbursement documents
Monitor contract circulation and approval reminders
