Job Description
Responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for the companys loan products. This role involves fieldwork, client engagement, and relationship building to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled in communication and sales.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients interested in loan and financing services.
Conduct fieldwork within assigned areas to generate leads and expand market reach.
Perform outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist clients throughout the loan application process, including documentation and submission.
Explain loan products, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Performs additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor and/or Sales Group Head.
Qualifications
High school graduate or college undergrad; a Bachelors degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financing, banking, or related industries
Willing to conduct fieldwork within assigned areas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with clients.
Able to work independently in a field-based environment.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is an advantage
