We are looking for a Mandarin Project Coordinator to support product innovation and new product development projects for a leading global FMCG/CPG client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product and packaging innovation projects from concept to launch.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and consolidate updates.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Support feedback and approval processes to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management/project coordination experience.
- FMCG/CPG experience.
- Experience in product innovation, product development, NPD, or packaging is preferred.
- C2+ or native-level Mandarin proficiency.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Hybrid setup in BGC
