TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role oversees compensation, benefits, performance management, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a competitive and engaging workplace culture. The manager will collaborate closely with HR and senior leadership, leveraging market data and analytics to continuously enhance the total rewards offering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Management
- Develop and maintain competitive salary structures that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to inform pay decisions.
- Oversee the administration of annual merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.
2. Benefits Administration
- Design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to negotiate favorable terms and enhance benefit offerings.
- Monitor benefits utilization and employee feedback to optimize program effectiveness.
3. Performance Management & Recognition
- Implement performance management systems that support organizational goals and employee development.
- Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and reinforce company values.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all total rewards programs comply with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and best practices to maintain program integrity and legal compliance.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions
- Strong background as a Total Rewards Strategist, with hands-on experience in incentive schemes and rewards design
- Payroll expert and process champion, with proven ability to improve and standardize HR processes
- Proficient in SAP (HR/Payroll)
- Experience in HR policy creation and implementation
