Job Description

> Oversee the implementation and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

> Manage the execution of salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits enrollment processes, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

> Analyze compensation and benefits data to assess market competitiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the company's total rewards offerings.

> Provide regular reports to HR leadership on the effectiveness of total rewards programs, including participation rates, cost analysis, and employee feedback.

> Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and employee expectations.

> Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and recommend changes to the total rewards strategy, ensuring that it continues to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications in compensation or benefits management (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred.

1. 7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management

2. Strong understanding of total rewards strategies, employee benefits programs, and market benchmarking practices.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, HRIS systems, compensation analysis tools, and benefits management software; strong analytical skills and experience with market salary surveys.

4. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
