Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and continuous enhancement of Talent Management and Talent Brokerage initiatives across APAC, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Partner with regional and country stakeholders to drive talent strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines, organizational capability, and succession readiness.
- Facilitate talent review processes, including LEADS evaluations, succession planning discussions, and development planning activities, ensuring meaningful outcomes and actionable follow-up plans.
- Manage and drive talent development initiatives, supporting employees and leaders in identifying growth opportunities and accelerating career development.
- Champion internal mobility and Talent Brokerage by connecting talent with career opportunities, strategic projects, and development experiences across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on talent-related matters, including succession planning, critical role pipelines, talent risks, and workforce capability building.
- Manage talent management systems and processes, including My Talent World (myTW), Career Marketplace, performance evaluations, succession planning, and 360-degree feedback programs.
- Leverage talent data, analytics, and insights to identify trends, support workforce planning discussions, and provide recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver talent-focused workshops, development programs, and engagement activities that support leadership growth and employee development.
- Collaborate closely with Global Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Country Talent Leads, and business leaders to ensure consistent and effective implementation of talent management practices.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of talent management tools, frameworks, and best practices across the region.
- Manage regional talent projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery against objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of innovative and impactful talent solutions.
- Support the organization's long-term talent strategy by ensuring critical roles are identified, succession pipelines are strengthened, and future-ready capabilities are developed across the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Talent Management, Human Resources, Leadership Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Employee Development.
- Experience working within a regional or global organization across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes, including talent reviews, performance evaluations, succession planning, career development, leadership pipeline management, and talent mobility.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive talent strategies and organizational capability development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage talent data and insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
- Experience utilizing talent management systems and tools to manage talent processes, employee development, and talent insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders across different functions, countries, and levels of the business.
- Professional proficiency in English. Additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.
