Frazer Jones is delighted to partner a prestigious global law firm with a strong presence in Singapore. They have exclusively engaged our services for a strong HR Manager to have oversight of the Singapore office and manage the small and high performing HR team who you will nurture and develop.
You will be accountable for driving a progressive HR agenda and stakeholder relations working directly with the Partners as a trusted adviser. You will also sit as part of the APAC HR Leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end prestigious firm that is all about quality.
You will own the strategy and operations for the Singapore office end-to-end and liaise with your regional and global counterparts, working in a strategic but also hands on role.
This is the most senior position within Singapore and as such this individual will need to be autonomous and have accountability for the people aspects for the office. Stakeholder management, operational excellence, relationship building and flexibility for the business will be a key competency for the role as new initiatives need to have strong business buy-in with sound judgement and the ability to consult and advise.
This person will have matrix reporting to the Regional Head of HR based in another market. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and smooth running of daily operations.
They have a number of international transfers in and out of the business so global collaboration is needed for this and a time where the firm continues to invest in Singapore.
The successful candidate will currently be operating as a HR Manager / Senior HR Manager in another global professional services environment having worked in a partnership model. Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels particularly with Partners is key in an environment where employees are truly valued in a high touch high performance setup!
