The IT Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for leading IT and business system support for demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment solutions. This role ensures that planning applications are optimized, integrated, and aligned with business goals to deliver accurate forecasts, efficient replenishment, and improved inventory availability for retail operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems supporting demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
- Partner with business teams to translate planning requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness across planning systems.
- Collaborate with analytics and transformation teams to leverage predictive models and AI-driven insights.
- Provide governance, documentation, and training for planning system users.
- Monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Relex, SAP IBP, Infor, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment processes.
