Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Technology Solutions Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of innovative technology solutions that support business growth. This role oversees software, data, and project management teams while driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Lead solution architecture design ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Oversee end-to-end system development, implementation, and maintenance
• Manage ERP development, automation initiatives, and website/service enhancements
• Ensure system quality through code reviews, SOP development, and continuous improvements
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and data-driven practices
• Manage technology budgets, risks, compliance, and resource allocation
• Supervise and mentor a cross-functional tech team (Engineering, Data, and Project Management)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 35 years experience in a technology leadership role
• Strong background in web development, system architecture, and data integration
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Go, etc.)
• Experience with HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript, SQL, and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R)
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team leadership and driving change initiatives
• Familiarity with OKR framework and aligning tech initiatives with business goals
