Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and architect reusable, performant mobile and web components using React Native.
- Build features and interfaces that are performant, scalable, and responsive across various mobile and web devices.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact mobile and web experiences.
- Close collaboration with Solution Architect to ensure all architectural best practices are implemented across all application.
- Optimize mobile and web applications for performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into the mobile and web stack.
- Debug and resolve issues across platforms and devices.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development ceremonies.
- Stay updated on mobile development trends and bring forward best practices and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years solid working experience as a Technical Lead on React Native
- At least 8 years working experience on React Native
- Strong proficiency in React and deep hands-on experience with React Native.
- Must have strong proficiency in JavaScript and especially TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of native mobile capabilities and limitations (iOS and Android).
- Experience with mobile build tools and release processes (App Store / Play Store).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to performance profiling and mobile debugging tools.
