We are seeking an experienced Operations Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations team. This role manages the end-to-end procurement process - from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, through to delivery - while working in close collaboration with the Strategic Procurement team and Category Managers. The manager ensures operational excellence, resolves supplier-related issues, and supports the execution of broader sourcing strategies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement buyers
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team
• Align operational priorities with strategic procurement objectives
• Oversee the full procurement cycle: PR to PO creation and issuance, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement process improvements in partnership with category managers
• Work closely with the Strategic Procurement team and Category Managers to ensure operational procurement activities support category strategies
• Partner with category managers to monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain strong supplier communication to ensure compliance with agreed terms and proactively address risks
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and quality teams to resolve supplier-related issues
• Act as escalation point for payment disputes, delivery holds, and quality concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems promptly
• Ensure supplier issues are addressed in alignment with strategic sourcing goals
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency
• Implement best practices in procurement operations and supplier management
• Support strategic initiatives by providing operational insights and driving supplier performance improvements
