Your Day-to-Day

• Manage the end to end payroll function of OCSI
• Payroll processing
• Payroll reporting
• Payroll accounting (in PACE/SAP)
• Payroll analytics
• Statutory compliances related to payroll / C&B
• Tax Filing
• Annualization
• Income tax returns
• Etc.
• Knows how to thoroughly review payroll; how to compute payrolls (even manually) – not fully reliant on tool
• Manage and lead the payroll team
• Manage projects and initiatives related to payroll

What We're Looking For

• Must have payroll experience handling the payroll function under a BPO set up
• Knowledgeable about payroll rules and regulations, Dole rules, statutory requirements, etc.
• Experience working with Payroll tools, HRIS, accounting tools
• Advanced excel skills
• Flexible, must be willing to work and adjust shifts as per business requirements
• Has experience handling a team
• Project management experience
• Good communication skills
• Mature, customer oriented, Go-getter attitude, able to work under pressure

Shift: Hybrid/Dayshift
