How will you make an impact in this role

Looking to join a team inTechnology that is dynamic, fast paced and forward looking Establish a new foundation inTechnology Vendor Management team where you will focus on delivering an outstanding value to the contractorend-to-end customer journey.

TheBusiness Process Services (BPS) Portfolio Managerwill lead a team of colleagues dedicated to alleviating administrative burdens that unnecessarily consume valuable resources within the Enterprise Technologies Services (ETS) Organization. You will do this by driving increased tool utilization/adoption and cost savings through automation, integration, service capability expansion, and increased efficiency/ease of use of the Contractor Workforce Your primary focus will be to mentor and develop your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team through upcoming changes related to the transition from existing tools to Fieldglass resulting in significant process changes.

  • Lead daily inventory management and ensure all BAU processes are supported during changes while transitioning to new processes in parallel.

  • Provide mentorship and feedback to direct reports to ensure growth of individual team members

  • Run communication channels (Team Mailbox, Square page, and slack channels) for our different collaborators

  • Build and execute process and user guide documentation to ensure seamless servicing

  • Lead daily inventory of the Portfolio Management Database tool (PMDB) for BAU processes and define new inventory management while ensuring SLA is achieved

  • Conduct a monthly internal audit or control process to analyze common trends, identify and mitigate risks and to ensure data quality of output.

  • Lead monthly BPS team reporting to facilitate performance assessment to support business decisions.

  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with Product Team to define and refine requirements


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 - 4+ years experience supporting portfolio/project/product management

  • 3 - 4 + years people leadership experience with demonstrated success in developing a successful team

  • Strong customer service focus ensuring exceptional customer experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and encourage business partners

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

  • Significant experience with Portfolio/Financial Management

  • Experience with PMDB, PMT (Clarity), Ariba, Rally, Jira and other Portfolio tools preferred

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies preferred

  • Technology Vendor Management experience

  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
