Identify urgent and priority operational business and utilization management issues
Design, execute and implement a team plan, together with Project Lead, innovative and pragmatic solutions aligned with the business long-term strategic plans
Oversee and manage post implementation support to utilization management initiatives
Work closely with Project Lead and senior management to define and manage the scope, strategy and requirements of business initiatives, emphasizing integrated strategic solutions driven by data and insights
Provide analysis and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning
Collaborate and communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand the organization's goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
Lead effective sessions to brainstorm solution; documenting potential options and most optimal solution in a timely manner
Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions of issues in a timely manner
Recommend to management actions to take pertaining to utilization management of product and services Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external partners and stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Audit, Provider Network, Claims ICT, etc) and build productive working relationships with key business partners
Lead effective meetings to understand business drives, rationalize existing processes, present findings and facilitate decision making
Experience And Training
Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and Microsoft Powerpoint/ Google Slides.
Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language is a plus
Skills in data presentation/ visualization and analysis; Good analytical and verbal skills
