DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads community management and content strategy for Globe's corporate digital and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring alignment with Globe's corporate purpose and reputation goals.
Develops and drives content and growth strategy for This IsKwela community, building it into a flagship Globe-led advocacy community.
Builds early relationships and engagement pipelines with emerging online communities (e.g. Reddit, nano-influencers, advocacy networks) to support future sustainability and advocacy activations.
Manages content planning and delivery in collaboration with internal teams and partners, ensuring a consistent, high-quality presence across corporate channels.
Leads influencer engagement and activations to amplify Globe's corporate narrative and advocacy storytelling.
Oversees timely production and release of network advisories and public service announcements across Globe's digital platforms.
Monitors online sentiment and emerging issues, working with internal teams to mitigate risks and uphold Globe's corporate social media governance and policy.
KPIs:
Engagement rate and follower growth on Globe's corporate digital and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
Growth in active membership and engagement rate for This IsKwela community.
Share of influencer-driven content contributing to positive sentiment and advocacy message resonance.
On-time release rate and accuracy of network advisories and public service announcements across corporate channels.
Speed and effectiveness of online sentiment monitoring and issue escalation, as reflected in incident response time and resolution outcomes
Top 3-5 Deliverables:
Year-round content calendar developed and executed for Globe's corporate digital and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), supporting corporate reputation and advocacy storytelling.
This IsKwela community content and engagement program implemented, driving growth in community participation and content contribution aligned with Globe's digital inclusion goals.
Influencer activations planned and executed, delivering purpose-driven content in collaboration with advocacy-aligned influencers and partners.
Network advisories and public service announcements produced and published, ensuring accurate and timely updates on corporate digital platforms.
Relationships established with priority emerging online communities (Reddit, nano-influencers, advocacy networks), creating a strategic foundation for future Globe advocacy activations.
