General Description
The
Manager - Non-Biddable Campaign Delivery is pivotal to the success of each campaign delivery that is received and executed by the Media Management & Delivery team. They are responsible in overseeing the entire end-to-end campaign management process to support WPP Media clients.
Individual Responsibilities
- Provide best in class knowledge of non-biddable media to WPP Media client teams and the Media Management and Delivery team.
- Support in meeting strategy, planning, execution, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with WPP Media client teams in managing client budgets and deliver on annual media KPIs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients campaigns and advise client teams accordingly.
- Support the team to review output from the buying teams before delivering to the client team to ensure a best-in-class response.
- Assist WPP Media client teams in consolidating data for ad hoc reports (ex. CSI/Savings Report/ Cost Avoidance).
- Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (ie. mid and post campaign), working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Be robust and confident to be able to work under time pressure.
- Be able to adjust priorities to meet changing client needs.
- Establish solid relationships and nurture collaboration with WPP Media client teams and within the Media Management & Delivery team.
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Group Responsibilities
- Assist the Media Management & Delivery team to understand client team deliverables and campaign KPI's.
- Well versed in understanding media behaviors and how the target audience interact with specific channel delivery and ensure common understanding across the Media Management & Delivery team
- Maintain quality control and assurance practices across the assigned cluster of clients and proactively advise client teams on campaign improvements.
- Proactively address, and escalate when needed, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure shared accountability to deliver value to clients.
- Work collaboratively with all specialists within the Media Management & Delivery team to ensure a holistic approach to campaign execution and delivery.
- Conduct quality control and assurance of your own workstream before handing it over toanother team.
- Ensure understanding and 100% compliance to finance processes, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, media channels and technologies.
