Manager, Landside Concessions (Retail Leasing & Operations)

We are looking for motivated individuals to help enhance the competitiveness of Changi Airport's retail and service businesses. You will play an important role in supporting retail leasing, retail planning, management of leased spaces, tenant relationship and operations management, service performance analysis, operations policy formulations as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the public areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a leading shopping destination for excellence in operations and service. 
 
Requirements:

• Good Degree in Business/Real Estate/Retail Management/Estate Management/Facilities Management/Finance/Tourism Studies or related disciplines
• Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in related industries such as retail leasing and mall management are preferred
• Good sales analysis skills or numerical competency will be an added advantage
• A good team player, results oriented, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for detail and able to work independently and multi-task in a challenging environment
• Good negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
