Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers, to support business operations.
Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and performance.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Support the expansion of business operations, including the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.
Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding operational performance and business development.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and strengthen organizational capabilities.
