Job Summary
The Manager, IT Site Support is responsible for leading IT site support operations across the Laguna and Cavite manufacturing sites, including end-user support services, infrastructure support, and manufacturing IT support. This role ensures the availability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT services that support manufacturing operations, engineering, warehouse logistics, and corporate functions.
The position serves as the primary IT leader for site support and acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing leadership, corporate IT teams, and external service providers. The Manager, IT Site Support is accountable for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance and cybersecurity adherence, managing IT assets, executing projects, and providing effective people leadership.
This position will report to Regional Director, IT Site Support.
Key Responsibilities
Site IT Support Leadership
- Lead and manage all site IT support activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services.
- Serve as the primary IT site support representative for plant leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop operational plans to support business growth, manufacturing expansion, and technology initiatives.
- Establish and monitor service level objectives (SLOs) and key operational metrics.
Manufacturing IT Support
- Ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing-critical systems, including:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Shop floor systems
- Handheld devices
- Label printing solutions
- Engineering workstations
- Test equipment connectivity
- Other manufacturing-related applications and systems
- Coordinate incident response and root cause analysis for production-impacting events.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service stability, performance, and uptime.
End-User Computing Services
- Oversee support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration technologies, and productivity applications.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective ticket management and proactive user engagement.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with established service levels.
Infrastructure and Network Support
- Partner with infrastructure teams to maintain:
- LAN/WAN connectivity
- Wireless infrastructure
- Server environments
- Storage systems
- Identity and access management (IAM) services
- Support infrastructure upgrades, patch management activities, and technology lifecycle programs.
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) initiatives.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware and software assets.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Manage the procurement, deployment, redeployment, and disposal of IT assets.
- Monitor hardware refresh programs and asset lifecycle compliance.
Cybersecurity and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
- Support the implementation and administration of security initiatives, including:
- Microsoft Intune
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Endpoint protection solutions
- Privileged access management controls
- Support audit activities, SOX compliance requirements, and risk mitigation programs.
Project and Vendor Management
- Lead and support site-level IT projects, including:
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Manufacturing expansion initiatives
- New technology deployments
- Site relocations and facility renovations
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Leadership and People Management
- Lead, develop, and mentor the site IT support team.
- Establish performance objectives and individual development plans.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and succession planning activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, with increasing responsibility across IT operations, infrastructure, technical support, or related functions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or site support leadership roles, preferably managing teams and service delivery in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams and driving operational excellence.

- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams, manage stakeholders, foster customer focus, influence key decisions, and champion continuous improvement through strong communication and leadership skills.
