Manager, IT Project Management

Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

- Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Minimum Requirements

- At least 68 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or technology-driven environment.

- Proven experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor progress using structured project management methodologies.

- Experience in risk, issue, and change management, including identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Ability to manage and allocate project resources effectively, ensuring team productivity and balanced workload across initiatives.

- Hands-on experience coordinating technology implementation and system integration projects across multiple platforms or business units.

- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills when working with IT teams, operational leaders, and vendors.

- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting frameworks, and project documentation practices.

Certification (Preferred but Not Required)

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

- PRINCE2 Practitioner

- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

- ITIL Foundation
